Nu stiu in Bucuresti, dar pot sa va spun ca in Ploiesti exista acele aparate care elibereaza bonuri de ordine. Schimbarea nu este atit de mare dar totusi nu se poate spune ca nu au inceput sa se schimbe lucrurile.
