Da, aproape jumatate de milion...$450.000(nou noutza) ...nu neaparat in Palatine, dar tot in zona, undeva prin in N-V Illinois-ului. Nu vrem nici pe departe in Chicago, e o zona prea aglomerata pentru noi. Ne place linistea si intimitatea...nu ne pace ideea caselor una langa alta, de nici nu poti sa respiri, nu poti sa dai si tu o.....fara sa te auda vecinul. De aceea e si mai scumpa casa.

Sorry ca m-am indepartat de la subiect...sper sa nu o iau pe cocosa prea tare.

Multumesc Virag ca mi-au confirmat ceea ce auzisem...nu mai fac nici o refinantare la masina.

efectul este doar pe termen scurt si consta in acel nou inquiry insa nu pare sa aiba si alte efecte.

Cum nu ne gandim sa luam casa in urmatorii doi ani cred ca e OK sa facem refinancing.

Elisa, in ceea ce priveste problema cu casa nu mi se pare asa offtopic pentru ca asta este in principiu scopul consolidarii creditului

Daca cumpararea unei case nu ar fi dependenta de acest scor eu as inchide toate CC-urile, pe care de altfel le folosesc mai mult pentru ca "asa trebuie" nu pentru ca am realmente nevoie de ele. La fel si cu masina , asta chiar e culmea ridicolului am facut un imprumut, de care nu aveam nevoie, pe care platesc 15% pe an in timp ce banii mei stau la banca cu 3.92% "avem un sistem si functioneaza."

Dar daca itzi platesti imprumutul de la masina in cateva rate...5-6 si ai terminat...tot ai de castigat, nu?Sau?Ma gandisem si la varianta asta...si noi stam cu banii in banca cu 4% dobanda si platesc 9.75 % dobanda la masina...

Honney, rata voastra este exagerat de mare (cica sinteti "subprime borrowers", asta e termenul pentru cei fara istorie de credit), asa ca mai bine preplatiti o buna parte din imprumut si lasati un payment mic lunar. Ca de fapt asta conteaza la istorie - plata la timp.

Diferenta intre preturile de mai sus nu e data numai de square footage, ci si de faptul ca un condo e un apartament normal care iti apartine de fapt si de drept, pe cand un co-op (pentru cine se entuziasmeaza de varianta a doua) e o inventie socialista unde nu detii propriu-zis apartamentul pe care l-ai cumparat, ci detii actiuni din cladire corespunzatoare suprafetei respective. Ca sa vinzi/inchiriezi apartamentul sau sa ii aduci orice fel de modificari, ai nevoie de acordul co-op board (un fel de comitet de bloc).

La o singura persoana fara urmasi, evident ca renteaza mai mult sa ramai toata viata chirias in Brooklyn cu $ 650 lunar ca tot aceeasi garsoniera este, tot acelasi teatru il vezi pe Broadway iar Metrocardul tot $ 76 costa, ca le trebuie si manhattanezilor. Insa la un moment dat se pune problema perpetuarii propriei specii, si atunci omul devine fiara.

Regretfully, in aceasta directie se indreapta cu pasi mari acest topic.
