Firma proprie de consultanta

Cunoaste cineva pasii cum sa iti creezi propria firma de consultanta in IT si sa iti negociezi propriile contracte cu diverse companii. Banuiesc ca este la fel cum fac agentiile de munca dar numai ca procentajul iti intra tie in buzunar in loc sa intre agentiei.
Numai raspunsuri serioase va rog.
