Ajutor plata USCIS

Bun gasit
Cind am primit plicurile,am gasit indicatia sa platim green card,am rugat un prieten din california sa ne platesca el,nu a putut plati a primit raspuns ca numai castigatorul poate plati.acum nu stim ce sa facem,odata contul facut daca incercam sa pltim noi se mai poate?imi este teama sa fac alt cont ,ce ma sfatuiti?
