Reguli privind copiii castigatorului pana in 21 ani

Va scriam zilele trecute ca auzisem de niste cunoscuti mai vechi care au castigat la DV 2005. Problema lor era ca au un numar de ordinul 26xxx, iar fiica lor cea mare va implini in martie 21 de ani. Ei au decis ca daca nu sunt programati la interviu pana atunci, vor ramane cu totii acasa.

M-am intalnit intamplator ieri cu sotul. Acesta mi-a spus ca, inclusiv in urma telefonului meu, fiica in chestiune a sunat la KCC. Si, SURPRIZA,

Mai exact, se pare ca mai are dreptul de intrare in USA inca sase luni de la implinirea varstei de 21 ani.
Mai multe detalii nu stia.

Pentru mine e un lucru absolut nou. Poate fi adevarat ?
Aceasta se leaga cu alte posibile proceduri schimbate (pe langa modalitatea electronica de aplicare).

Exista foarte mica probabilitate ca CN26xxx sa fie programat in martie.

Dar sa nu ne indepartam de la fondul problemei. Europe, ai adus o informatie bomba, as putea spune, si ma refer la initiativele pentru eliminarea Loteriei.
Ai putea aduce contributii de aceeasi valoare si pe acest subiect ?

ce citisem eu in legatura cu acest subiect este ca
Se calculeaza lunile de cand ai trimis aplicatia la loterie si pana ai fost informat ca ai castigat. (in general cam 6 lunii. )
sa spunem ca prietenii tai vor avea interviul in august. Fiica lor implineste 21 in 10 martie. se adauga la luna martie inca 6 luni si inseamna ca fiica este eligibila sa mearga si ea pana pe 10 septembrie. Deci daca prietenii tai au interviu pana pe 10 septembrie ar trebui sa fie totul in regula.
daca fata implinea 21 de ani in decembrie anul asta, mai putea sa plece numai daca aveau interviul pana in iunie.
Daca vrei mai multe detalii spune-mi si poate pot sa iti atasez documentul respectiv
Chestia acesta nu e noua. cred ca e de cand a inceput loteria.

Trimite-mi, te rog, pe e-mail (butonul de mai jos) fisierul cu pricina. Am inteles, cat de cat, insa nu mi-e foarte clar totul.
Eu stiam doar de:
1. Poti intra in USA cu viza DV3 doar pana in ziua in care implinesti 21 ani
2. Poti cere la KCC procesarea de urgenta, insa in limitele disponibilitatii de numere, dupa ce CN devine curent.

Si, daca am noroc, s-ar putea ca problema asta sa se fi rezolvat. Iti multumesc pentru informatie.

Alte probleme noi (sau vechi, insa mai obscure) nu sunt ?

Salutare loteristi

N-am castigat dv 2005 dar o sa aplic in continuare.
Ma intereseaza foarte mult acest subiect deoarece fiica mea implineste 21 ani in martie 2006.
Daca o sa am noroc sa castig dv2006 as vrea sa fiu informata din timp asupra acestui subiect,sa stiu exact la ce sa ma astept.
Asa ca va rog daca mai aveti info sa scrieti si va rog sa-mi trimiteti si mie fisierul acela pe email.
De asemenea daca mai cunoasteti cazuri care au trecut deja prin problema asta si ce au facut pana la urma.

The daughter turned twenty-one on October 1, 2003, and the son turned twenty-one on July 1, 2004. The daughter cannot benefit from CSPA, because she has been twenty-one for more than 242 days. In contrast, the son can benefit, because he has been twenty-one for less than 242 days."
